How to Get a Refund?
You can ask for a refund anytime during your subscription. No question ask.
- For Monthly/Weekly subscriptions – We will refund in full for the week or the month.,
- For Yearly Subscription – We will refund any unused months in full.
How can I pay for my membership?
Your payment will be processed and secured by two well-known and safe payment processing providers: Paypal (all major credit cards / with your Paypal account) or Stripe (all major credit cards).
How can I renew my membership?
By default, your membership will be renewed automatically. You can switch this auto renewal process by toggle the “Auto-Renew” in your “VIP Members Area”.
If you have stopped the auto-renewal process, you will need to renew your membership before its expiry date by clicking on the “Renew” button in your “VIP Members Area”. If your subscription has expired (eg. you have forgotten to renew and your auto-renewal is off), you can re-subscribe to your membership before its expiry date by clicking on the “Re-subscribe” button in your “VIP Members Area”.
If your subscriptions has expired (eg you have forgotten to renew and your auto renewal is off). You can resubscribe to your membership before its expatriation date by clicking on the “Resubscribe” button in your “VIP Members Area.
How do I sign up for membership?
After you purchase your membership through us, we will send you an e-mail containing your login details. You can also link your social media profiles such as Facebook, Google and Paypal accounts with your membership so that you can log in with your social media account.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the “My VIP Members Area” page by viewing the associated subscription. When you click the “Cancel” action, your subscription will be cancelled.
